### Who actually works on my mandate?

A named senior lead owns the mandate and stays on board from the decision through to delivery. They assemble the team the task requires from our network of senior advisors, specialists and partners. Self-service products are deliberately designed without an individual lead — that is not a shortcoming, it is the reason they scale.

### How big are you?

We work as a lean core with a large, international network. The relevant question is not how many we are, but who is assembled for your task — and who puts their name to it.

### What makes you different from a traditional agency?

We are the counterpoint to the classic agency model — in two ways: in attitude (honest, personal, at eye level, a partner to agencies rather than a competitor) and in operating model (no fixed apparatus that has to be kept busy; for every task the right specialists, strengthened by systems of our own).

### Why "Jerry"?

After "Jerry Maguire" (1996): a sports agent demands honesty, loses his job over it — and does everything differently. Jerry was an agent; we turned that into a business model.
